Our Company has recently been re-branded as Alder
Projects Ltd, in order to reflect our diversity within
the construction and project management sector and to
reflect the fact that our services are not just confined
to the mobile telecommunications sector. We have
established a good client base across many sectors,
which we want to continue to develop.
In the past year we have successfully completed a
large joint/venture contract in Renfrewshire, which
involved constructing a new road and services into a
site for 20 Nr. new large detached houses, in an
exclusive development adjacent to a Hotel Spa Complex
and New Golf Course. The roads and drainage are to be
adopted by the local council.
We were also involved in major earthworks and
drainage on the Golf Course Complex at the same site.
We have also been involved in various small civil
engineering projects, throughout Scotland including work
at a Wind Farm.
